Monroe Diversified “NAILED IT”! Les Monroe & crew made building our accessory dwelling unit (A.D.U.) easy from design to approval to a meticulously finished project.  Our A.D.U. is perfect & priced within our budget.  It only took 60 days to complete.  And now, we have great renters & are making thousands of dollars in rent every month over the low payment they got our financing for.  Everything Monroe Diversified promised, they delivered & more.
