Monroe Diversified “NAILED IT”! Les Monroe & crew made building our accessory dwelling unit (A.D.U.) easy from design to approval to a meticulously finished project. Our A.D.U. is perfect & priced within our budget. It only took 60 days to complete. And now, we have great renters & are making thousands of dollars in rent every month over the low payment they got our financing for. Everything Monroe Diversified promised, they delivered & more. They even gave us a housewarming present when we e did the final walkthrough.

I thank God for this referral! Les and Charles were wonderful! Had an electrical problem with a very old fuse box...fixed it in no time...they were very knowledgeable, experienced, and forthright....explained things in a very clear understandable manner...very down to earth...good insight, counsel and caring...very refreshing! Call them and be blessed! 🙂🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very professional and knowledgeable. Les took the time to explain what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future.
